Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

- It is in its original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
